Worst pizza I’ve had. Ordered extra cheese and extra sauce. Literally received a pizza with NO sauce, but PAID for two toppings (extra sauce and cheese). Papa John’s policy is supposed to replace the pizza with the correct order but the local Papa John’s in Perry Hall / Nottingham did not do that. In fact they asked to take the pizza back and refund, instead of providing the correct Pizza.

Don’t bother placing a drive up order for this place. They’ll never bring it out. They also won’t answer the phone. Then, they’ll mock you when you come in mentioning that the curbside order was never brought out. Choose a different location.

Why do the restaurants think you have napkins and silverware – we just ordered two papadia and one Chicken parm bite, while the food arrived hot, and was decent; PUT NAPKINS AND SILVERWARE WITH THE DELIVERIES PLEASE! This is just common sense, especially if you want 5 star reviews.

The pizza is to thin for some reason and it tastes flat and bland. Sauce is barely on the pizza which makes the flavor over all. For months now. The register hasn’t worked to print out receipts. But even with all this going on. I keep going back hoping for a different result every time. Lol. What can I say! … shoulder shrug. I LIKE ME SOME PAPA JOHNS!!

The pizza from last night. Having worked at this location for close to 10 years I don’t think I ever saw a pizza this ugly leave the store no cheese lock, center loaded so the toppings fell right off each slice. The crust made up about 50% of the surface area of the pizza. Yay!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. This was my first time trying papa johns. I used the half price discount because the wizards score more than 115 points. The pizza definitely tasted like discount pizza. Very little sauce, and very little cheese on the plain pizza. Very bland with no flavor on the sausage pizza. The crust was burnt.

$27 for a cheese filled crust pepperoni & pineapple seemed steep ( incredibly high but if a promo code/ coupon was used it would have been cheaper). Plus it took over an hour….33 minutes after time it should have arrived . When we called about the order ( press #2) it hangs up the call and talk to a representative ( press #5) nobody ever answers.
