Another fantastic evening at Riverside! Limited menu for the kickoff of Patio Concert Series which makes total sense. They have a TINY grill area and the outdoor crowd is easily 3 times their indoor capacity. We had the grilled ham & cheese with fries. Tasty as heck. The BEST patio in all of Appleton and for the Wed night shows they open up the outdoor bar too. Truly an Appleton gem! And their bartenders are the BEST!!

Attempted to visit for lunch but the staff seemed to be more focused on setup than service. Outside bartender was incredibly rude, bartender inside was nowhere to be found. On a plus side the bar seemed to be clean considering all you could smell was bleach.

I went there twice recently. The first time some guests were verbally getting into it with multiple groups. They were never asked to leave and I felt like i was treated worse than them by the staff so they could keep the most amount of customers there.

Came here around 12:30, ordered by 1 o’clock and had to give the workers a reminder about our food which we finally got around 2 o’clock. 2 other groups got their food before us even though they came 30 minutes after us. The server seemed to be drunk while serving us, slurring her words and couldn’t remotely remember whose order was whose. I will not be coming here again and don’t recommend visiting by any means unless you want to wait forever and be served by a drunk server.

Brilliant remodel backed by a solid bar staff. Summer nights on the patio were definitely preferable, because the bar itself gets busy and was never a huge area. Since the remodel, that’s no longer an issue with the former front patio having been converted into additional seating.
