It’s pretty common these days, post-Covid, for restaurants to abandon dine-in efforts. Joseppi’s being one, as what once was a breezy throwback to wooden chair diners of the mid 20th century is now just an echo of itself- seemingly abandoned to neglect. If you do dine-in, however, you will get a nice view of the world outside.

Nice place nice staff horrible food first and last time ever coming here I don’t even wanna talk about it got a cheese pizza or what was advertised as a cheese pizza paid $20 got a flat peice of crispy burnt crust with cheese melted on top with some spaghetti sauce on the side for dip what kind of mmmmm just don’t waste your money or time not worth $5 let alone $20 more grease than most can handle flavorless with the bare minimum of ingredients stretched out to make it look sizeable I’m homeless and looking for a bite to eat for me and my pregnant woman not looking to get ripped off and still be hungry I’m not ungrateful just really disappointed I could have just burnt bread and melted cheese on it and had the same thing for $3

Joseppi’s has been a staple through my entire life. I’ve grown up loving their pizza. I love how each location represents their local high school within the location with photos and sports schedule and gear on the walls. Sometimes the dining area isn’t the cleanest or maybe could use an update but not so bad that you can’t enjoy your food. The food always exceeds expectations and honestly take me back to childhood.

Wow, what happened? Went this evening. All tables were either not bussed and/or not clean except one or two. Trash cans filled to the brim. Women’s bathroom pretty disgusting. Floors needed sweeping/,mop etc… kitchen wash a wreck too. 3 employees. Not one of them cleaning up. Notsure if maybe they need more employees or what.. Needs a good scrubbing from top to bottom. So sad, this place has gone downhill. Pizza was still delicious. I hope they can turn it around, it’s been here forever!

My First time there I decided to get a Taco Pizza first time having that kind. It was terrible it was supposed to have ground beef on it but it tasted like sausage… The tomatoes were not crispy they were mushy… And a very light red…. The dough was soft so it bent when you picked it up. It was actually the worst pizza i’ve ever had…. I will never be back….

The pizza and calzones are an absolute hit every time! Not a fan of thin crust pizza but if I’m going to eat it I’m eating joseppis!! We’re from Louisville so we don’t go to Columbus too often but that’s where we go for lunch every time. Don’t fool yourself though when you want to order the hot wings they’re not buffalo style hot wings they are what they say, hot sauce hot wings! Chicken wings covered in franks Red Hot is exactly what it tasted like cause I’m pretty sure that’s exactly what it was. Place could definitely use an update but also hold alot of history.

Quality of the food has gone down significantly. Typically the service is borderline okay but the “manager” Tammy ruined that last night. Very unprofessional, argumentative, and quickly defensive when just asking questions about my order. I see other reviews mentioning her name so obviously it’s not just a ‘me’ problem. The owner should be addressing these issues and not immediately jumping to being defensive replying to these reviews.

1st time going there! We got pick up. 1st thing I noticed when I walked in was how dirty the place was! We ordered a large deluxe. There was no sausage on it at all. It wasn’t cooked long enough. Was hoping it was going to be a good pizza but it wasn’t!

First time I ever tried Joseppi’s and it will definitely be the last. I looked on the website and the pizza looked soo good. Put the large pep is nothing like it. Pepperoni wasn’t even cooked and sauce wasn’t even good. Not good at all!!!! Very disappointed!!!
