The prices are cheap and the chicken tastes as good if not better than KFC. An added bonus is this place is in a very nice gas station with a wide variety of drinks and snacks you can buy. For someone like me with a family this place is fantastic because everyone can get what they want and everyone is happy. There are tables outside with umbrellas you can sit under and they are comfortable and clean.

Good chicken, but expensive and they charge for sauces. Gas prices are High, which unfortunately is the new normal. Nice selection of lottery and staff is helpful and knowledgeable, not every vendor is as good as they are. Store, parking lot and pump areas are always kept reasonably clean. Easy in and easy out back onto Freeport road.

Chicken tenders were H O R R I B L Y dried out and could hardly be chewed. Absolutely unacceptable. Should be given a refund. Very upset and disappointed. Waste of money. My salad tasted sour. The on the bone chicken was ok but the overall food safety is scary here.

Absolutely horrible…. tried to order a large gravy, so the managers suggestion was to order a mashed potatoes with gravy, and he’ll leave out the potatoes….. okay, cool… which is what I did…. ordered a large wedge too… paid for it…$29.80.. he tried to give me a small coffee cup of gravy for the 5.97 cost….unreal… then told me the gravy cost $80 a bag… it’s too expensive to give large gravy like that…. THEN, he didn’t package my large wedge separately, and when I opened it, he gave me the end tiny scrap pieces, counting them as a whole…. the place is a rip off…. STAY AWAY….I know this is a separately owned franchise, but their standards are FARRRR below the chain… the only good thing I have to say is it was pretty clean in there… their service skills have something to be desired.

The food here is uncommonly good. I’ve tried the chicken, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and the green beans, and was very pleased with the homestyle tastes. They have it warm or prepackaged ready to go in a cooler. The prices are shockingly low as well.
