The line was long due to having one register open. Once the concerns were brought up to the manager 2 more registers open. They take cash and card. The menu was simple and not hard to choose from. One chicken sandwich alone was about $11. The sauces always makes the meals fun.

people complaining about the workers sound entitled af. these kids are worked non stop because of how many customers they get on a daily basis, they’re probably exhausted. let them rest for a second. the food was decent for me, i probably wont come back again during rush hour tho

Limited menu, out of several items. Out of several sauces but didnt mention it till after you’ve ordered. But most of all despite our patience, and smiling faces was treated like we where a bother. Was given 3 sauce packets for the entire family them given major attitude when we waited for 5 min to ask for more. Saw others have the same experience. Not worth the inflated prices.

The line is incredibly long. We ordered 3 chicken sandwich combos that were all very thin and had more breading than chicken. They were also out of all of their sauces except for honey mustard unless you wanted to buy a bottle. If I’m paying $13+ for a combo meal I shouldn’t have to pay extra for chick-fil-a sauce.

The milkshakes are bonkers. Aka so delicious. I can’t put my finger on it, but its a familiar flavor. Anyway theyre very tasty. Expect to wait in line for a while, but that is what you can come to expect at chick -fil-a

It’s not what it’s expected to be. It took about 25 mins to order then another 45 mins to get the food. The computer screen stopped working mid way so everyone order was lost. It’s not worth coming here. Spend $70 on four meals, on top of that the presentation wasn’t up to part. Everything came greasy. Shift leader didn’t even bothered to give a courtesy refill for my child’s soda. Would much rather go to the one in Ramsey NJ or even the food court in the Danbury mall. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a spicy deluxe no Pickle and fries. Got out to the truck, took a bite. The chicken was cold, there was pickle on the Sandwich, and the fries were barely warm. Went back inside they remaked the sandwich give me a fresh water fries. The fries were hot. There was no pickle on the sandwich like I originally ordered. And to think I paid $15 for this meal.
