I ordered a fish plate as I’ve done before. When eating I noticed the fish had an odd smell after tasting it had an unpleasant taste. It clearly was not fresh. I flipped the fish around and it was soggy and soaked in oil, the beans were cold. I don’t understand how I was served old nasty food when I was told 20 minutes. I arrived and still waited an additional 20 minutes.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating, great service, and very inexpensive prices. The food came with a large volume for little price. I could taste their passion in their food and will definitely be back, highly recommend.

I had the white rice with legumes , the food was good in my opinion , the issue is that the same plate I was paying 16$ for is now 23$ with the addition of some side I didn’t even want . The customer service is horrible , If you don’t speak their language than, they’ll try to play ur pockets . And u have a restaurant in American I would hope you would have someone answering the phone who could speak English , whenever I call there’s someone alsways asking me if I speak creole and when I say no they always have to get someone else .

I’m giving a 3 star because they need to effin clean this place. The entry way door, nasty! The touch screen on the register, nasty! The drink cooler sliding door, nasty! Behind the counter, ugh. The food is amazing though. I know I know, “ how could I eat there after what i said”, you ask? The first time I ate there was delicious before I started to notice every thing. We all have our apprehensions about something, I just pray over my food and enjoy.

The food was delicious, authentic Haitian food. I’ve never been to an Haitian restaurant that serves all the native dishes. I was impressed that they offered legume with no meat to accommodate those with vegan/plant-based diet.

The rice was tasteless and over cooked this was not typical rice & red beans. The macaroni au gratin I have no clue what that was, it was the same as the rice tasteless and over cooked. I should have gone back and get a refund but I know I would not get my money back. The so called griot was again tasteless and hard like a cardboard so dessapointing. You can do what you want as for myself never again. The $60.00 they took from me I consider it to be charity….Delicious restaurant at 1753 Main St in Brocton MA they need to fire the chef even if it’s a family member.

They don’t greet or acknowledge their customers unless they know you. 1st time waited 15min and was totally ignored. When t their regular customer come in they jump for them. I got no apology for the wait and got an attitude to boot. I never went back.

Haitian restaurant in Brockton, with friendly staff. Unfortunately, did not like the food much. Chicken was good, but the rice and plantains wasn’t what I was expecting, which might be my unfamiliarity with Haitian cuisine. The prices though are very good, so I might just try it again.
