Food is excellent! Delicious and presented really well. We ordered 6pcs of Shrimp Tempura ($9.25)(breading is crunchy but not the typical “japanese style” flaky one, it’s more of like a flour dipped style) it was okay. The rolls however, as you can see in the photo.. it taste as pleasing as it look. We order the Sushi regular ($18.25) and Old Pratville roll ($15.25) for this one, it’s saucy and you won’t need to dip it in soy sauce. But, as you please.. I live in montgomery so we just passed by here to try some in the plaza near the exit. The total bill is $49.28 (w/tax).. plus 15% tip. Kinda pricey though.. but we’ll try to visit again if we pass by pratville. (Sweet tea is refreshing aswell).

We’ve gotten takeout from this place several times, and it’s always been good. We decided to dine in for the first time tonight. Big mistake. The food was good (as usual); however, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired, and the service was abysmal…absolutely terrible. Definitely will never be back. Extremely disappointed. If you like sushi with terrible service this is the place to go! Didn’t even go to dine in and was met with not only the worst service over the phone but we met with a horrible experience. As someone in the service industry this was extremely disappointing considering the place seemed like it was run by immature children. Sushi with a side of sarcasm is never a good choice, especially when it’s mediocre sushi at best. You would think it wouldn’t be too hard to stand behind a desk and get someones food, but the children at sushi ro make it look impossible.

Ordered BB rolls(Two crazy rolls) and a Kid’s chicken teriyaki. Placed the order at 10:45am with a confirmed pickup of 11:30am. Made it to the restaurant at 11:32am and was told by the hostess that my order had just been brought up to the front. I work 5 minutes away, so there was no reason for my food to be cold. I wish I had taken pictures. My coworker and I started experiencing stomach irritation after consumption. Highly disappointed. I used to frequent here often but the service has gone down. My coworker informed me that she previously had a hair in her rice.
