The food and service is always excellent. This time around I ordered chopped chilies in my burger and chilis on the side because I love spicy. As soon as I was halfway through my burger I had to double check if chilies were in it. These “chilies” they put in the burger was banana peppers and NOT cascabella peppers which In -N -Out is supposed to serve. Just say you don’t have chilies…because who wants banana peppers on their burgers LOL. It threw off the taste on my burger. It had no spice whatsoever.

The food was ok, but everything was on point! Our waitress Alina was very helpful and assuring and the presentation of the food was very captivating. The atmosphere was so Aline and every one working in sync with one another it made for awesome first experience there. I am curious to try other items of the menu and overall was very impressed!

I don’t eat fast food anymore but was in a situation where I had a long day and didn’t have the time to make something. First time ever eating In and Out ever. Lots of people inside eating, you would think there was a celebrity in there signing autographs lol. Heard lots of good things about them. While it wasn’t like omg where have you been all my life, it was a descent meal. Food came out fast and was hot. Unlike the double arches if you know what I mean. Every worker was working hard, working fast, with a smile and all had gloves on which is a major plus in my book. Lemonade was great first time I had a sugary drink in 7 months. Again I’m living a healthy lifestyle buy was in a situation where I needed to eat. Despite all the people the establishment was pretty clean. Staff was really nice. I would recommend if you’re a fast food eater. Thanks In and Out you came through when I needed you.

Don’t let the pictures fool you, this is the blandest tasting burger in San Antonio. I had In/Out in Vegas and the taste was extremely better. I’m not sure what’s going on here. Service and atmosphere is cool though.

Very busy. Went on a Monday afternoon. Food did take longer than expected for 2 burgers and 2 fries, as numbers were being called after ours. Food was fresh. Staff was friendly and establishment was clean considering. I did leave my water/lemon cup on the table for a split second to get up to get napkins and I went back and my water was gone, employee clean table and threw away , in less than 25 secs. But they had no problem giving me another cup for water.
