In town for HS sports on a Friday and stopped in between games to get a couple hours of work in and have a coffee. To my dismay, a small sign on the door stated that lobby was closed at 2pm due to staff issues. All while hours online and on large printed hours on building stated it was open. I took my business elsewhere as all the other businesses in the area were open. Seems like this caribou could use some better management.

The day I went, the staff seemed to be a bit crabby but it’s alright. It was also extremely loud and difficult to focus on any of my work. Maybe I suggest when making hot drinks, use the trick to make drinks hot but quietly?

I am a grad student, so I spend a lot of time studying/writing an a lot of time drinking coffee. The staff here is always friendly, except this one time but let’s not get into that. I’ve probably spent around 120 hours here working on my thesis. I went about a month without going once and when I came back the barista still remembered my order. If you’re interested in spending a ridiculous amount on coffee like I do (quantity and quality) I suggest you get the app it’ll save you a couple dollars every now and then. One thing I love about the Caribou espresso is that it’s very smooth, I feel like Starbucks is quite bitter compared to Caribou’s roast. The bagels are also good I like to order a small marshmallow latte or a medium iced cold press as well as an asiago bagel with garden cream cheese! Bon appétit

Came here to get morning coffee for my house guests. Once the order was placed it took forever to get our uncomplicated drinks even though no one was ahead of us. The few people who were there got their drinks before us. When we questioned the slow service we received some garble from the staffer. Will be difficult for me to return there.

Going through the drive-thru, My breakfast burrito was slightly burnt and I did not receive a straw with my drink. I had to return inside to get one, for which took a minute since my presence wasn’t acknowledged timely.

go here almost everyday after school. This place is a great place to hang Out or to sit and get some work done. There is plenty of space to have a little bit of a larger group or a 2 person hangout. The place is always clean when I come in the afternoons and the servers are always happy and are happy to take my request and say thanks for coming. You can enjoy the inside of this place where it is nice and quiet or enjoy the outside on the nice patio they have that blocks our ND winds most of the time. Over all the coffee is good here and is a great place for peace and quiet or to talk with a few friends.

Not sure if they got rid of all their old staff or what, but these new ones are terrible at customer service and are slower than the old crew. They have also made my drink wrong twice now. Bring back the guy with the brilliantly colored tattoos up his arm!!!
