Ordered using their new online ordering. Only gives option for pick up. Was supposed to be ready in 35 minutes. Arrived for pick up before then and it was ready. People behind the counter just looked at me for a minute then walked up to me without saying anything. I got my food. Checked it to see if it was what I ordered and it was all right. We went straight home to eat. Got a large cheese pizza, large Stromboli and small garden salad. The Stromboli is not cooked all the way. The dough on the bottom is raw. The salad looks disgusting. Tomato’s are old, onions translucent and lettuce wilted. Also the salad came with no dressing. It seems there’s always something wrong when I order from here except the pizza.

I’m a cancer patient and usually find myself going to Ricco’s Pizza, after fasting for labs. Ricco’s Pizza offers a down-to-earth environment with no illusions of grandeur. The professionals who work there are practical, realistic, and very friendly. My go-to there is their all-you-can-eat spaghetti, which is served with meatballs and garlic bread. Spaghetti is great especially after fasting for 72 hours. My routine now is to go to Ricco’s Pizza after a day of Chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.

Horrible. The waitress was rude, talked to me like I was a child then was moving so fast to get us the food, she’s almost threw my toddler’s pizza on her. The owner refused to remake my food due a food allergy. The waitress was touching the food with her bare hands before bringing it to the table; this is her usual from what I’m told. ICE might want to visit this location, definitely some infractions here. Save your money and the headache.

This place is disgusting, I had an issue with my order. They gave me cold fries they were stale and wet. The pizza was cold they took an hour and a half to get to my residence so I asked for a refund. Lady began to hang up on me so I called back when the man got here they didn’t want to give my money back only another order of stale wet cold fries. I began to just order something new and the lady told me they have “no delivery” status for my address anymore. All because I complained about my food being bad quality for the $30 almost $40 dollar I paid for.

I ordered a pizza today 8/11/2023 around 5:15 p.m. to be ready in 20 minutes. I walked into the restaurant, as a first time customer to pick up my extra large pizza with beef pepperoni only to find pizza’s being hand tossed with no gloves. I could have gotten over this because the pizza is going in a hot oven anyway. But then I see the guy put the pizza dough down on the table and then proceeded to pick his nails over top of the pizza dough prep area the pizza dough was lying on. Sorry that’s a no for me I promptly turned and walked out of the restaurant and did not pick up my pizza. I was very sad that this happened as I have heard good things about the taste of their food and the fact that they had beef pepperoni was a super plus for me.

I’m very disappointed with Ricco’s today. I ordered Sausage and pepperoni twenty sixteen inch pizza and the cheese on it wasn’t fresh the crust was like a dried out cracker and the toppings were over cooked. I’m so embarrassed because I had clients at my home for a meeting.

I ordered delivery and apparently the owner delivered my pizza, he sat outside my house for ten minutes never got out his car but called my phone allegedly. I was sitting in the living room of my house so I saw when he arrived at my house and watched closely at the suspicious car. He sat there for 10mins then drove away. About 20mins after that I looked at my phone and saw the time so called the restaurant, they answered and immediately put me on hold then answered with an aggressive tone telling me to come pick up my order because they “tried “ to deliver the pizza, knocking and ringing my doorbell which they did neither then proceeded to hang up on me. Definitely never ordered there again, these people are very rude and don’t care about their customers.

I am an Italian who has a hard time eating Italian food. Here I don’t get the heartburn. They have sauce for a little flavor but not overpowering. For sauce people, they would definitely add more. It is full of flavor and lots of cheese. I absolutely love it compared to the commercial chains. Friendly staff. Wide variety of menu items such as other Italian foods, subs, variety of salads and hamburgers.. Kids meals have many choices.
