We came here for our wedding anniversary and were so impressed. Our waitress started us with a champagne toast for our special occasion which was a very nice touch. We got the chefs choice of oysters, oyster Rockefeller (best one we have ever had), tuna, the surf and turf, and a few salads. All was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. We ended with the chocolate tart which was devine. Great cocktail list! I wish there were just a few more wine by the glass options though, my husband prefers cocktails and I don’t want to order a whole bottle for myself. Options were a bit limited but they had a lovely Spanish white available that worked!

Silo made our Anniversary dinner memorable and delicious. Our server Nicole was Amazing very attentive she anticipated our every need. The food was exquisitely divine. We tried 3 different types of oysters, the Lobster roll and Prime Ribeye. Their Rye Manhattan was very enticing. The Dulce de Leche dessert was delightful.

Fantastic ambience and service. Our reservation at 5:45 & the place was getting busy due to prom night is in session. Raw oyster service that boasted more than 8 different kinds to choose from. Beat and mixed green salad were nicely presented and are very tasty. Ahi tuna was scrumptious and the daily special flounder on a bed of lobster risotto was cooked perfectly. However, I do not think the flounder served was actually flounder?the manager told me that it was red snapper but then on our bill it’s clearly stated “Flounder”. That may be a minor detail deficiency, but for a restaurant of this caliber, this should not have happened. That’s why I could not give this place a five star. See the picture and tell me what you think?

Guys night out we and had 2-1/2 dozen oysters and the seafood tower with oysters Rockefeller. The shrimp, king crab and lobster were all fantastic. The oysters were some of the best I have had in San Antonio and they were thankfully not gulf oysters. Great wine selection and the bartender can make anything you ask for. Inside dining is really nice. Patio is great as well but a little noisy.

Seriously my favorite place to come in San Antonio. The food is phenomenal, the drinks are good and stout, and I’ve never gotten bad service from a single server here, they’re all very good at their jobs. Leo is my favorite, super kind and outgoing, love talking to him and he makes great drinks! Worth the visit, worth the money!

First time trying this restaurant and it disappoint. We ordered chicken fried oysters, shishito peppers, beef tenderloin, and shrimp and grits with potatoes au gratin. Do not skip the dessert. 10 outta 10. The seasonal mule was delightful. And the service was top notch.

Generally pretty good food. Service can be inconsistent. Previous experience, starters and mains were paced correctly, however this last visit was amateur hour and pacing was odd even though we ordered everything at once. Also, the medium rare tuna was just rare. Get your sashimi elsewhere.

Our first time to Silo and won’t be our last. We had the burger, the Mac and cheese, chicken fried oysters and clam chowder. Hands down the best oysters I’ve ever had. Get them! The mac was perfect and creamy. Very decadent.
