I was on a time crunch , I wanted a sub for lunch and got told the drivers were already out making delivery’s. When I asked for the ETA the lady said she didn’t know and she was going to check. Still on a time crunch I was on hold for 5 minutes , she came back and said she still didn’t know. So I asked her to cancel the order and I just went to the one on canton center! You just lost a customer and another location gained one.

I want to recognize this restaurant for excellence in service. The crew is friendlier than family to me. I feel valued and respected as a customer and person at this restaurant. The first few times I suspected they might be disingenuous because they were just so friendly. My subsequent visits have verified that in fact they are sincere in their kindness. May God bless these kind souls. The preparation is fast and accurate. The food tastes excellent. I am sold on this place.

Honestly this may be the best Jimmy John’s customer service I’ve ever had today. The employees we’re super chill and just all around good people. Really enjoyed hearing some fun music over the speakers instead of the casual radio stuff you hear daily on repeat.

Twice in the last month I have order food and have waited an hour for it to be delivered. Now I understand that there’s a bit of a time wait for food delivery, not only are they making the food and then sending it out, but an hour for 2 sandwiches is a bit extreme. I could have ordered a whole pizza and had it quicker then this, and they actually have to cook that. Very disappointed with this location.

I called to have my food delivered. It took forever. It had been over 45 minutes. I had to call the restaurant and ask what was going on. I had to ask them where my food was. They said they were short a worker. You should have extra help on the weekend. After waiting for forever, the delivery driver called me saying he couldn’t find my address. Ummm I gave you the address now find the matching numbers on the apartment building. Just that simple. When I finally got my sub, the taste was just average. Tasted like something I could have made at home. Usually when I eat restaurant food, there’s a little extra something that makes it taste better than if you had made it yourself.
