Used the drive thru for my order. Great attentive service and polite staff. I ordered the concrete mixer in chocolate with heath bar mix ins. It was perfect for a sunny day. Well maintained parking lot and outside area.

I never eat fast food, but we visited some friends in Clare, so they took us to Culver’s. I normally hate chain places, but I was impressed. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly and quick. The food was delicious, and I was happy to find they have gluten-free buns! I was able to enjoy a good burger, so that definitely made the place worth it. I recommend it.

This Culvers works very hard to ensure great customer service. Even during busy times they are still polite and work hard to get customers orders to them in a timely manner. The staff seem respectful and always seem to enjoy the work they do to satisfy customers.

The only negative thing I can say is the customers came in after us and complained about the tables in the dining room being dirty. I understand that the dining room could have been cleaned up faster, but I just wiped our table off with a napkin, sanitized my hands as I carry it with me everywhere and tried to enjoy my lunch with my husband.

Cold fries are a huge no for me. Also the color of the fries indicates either bad oil or service (from sitting under a lamp) Also this strike 2, because 3 days ago I asked for a “fish basket” and I got a fish sandwich with fries. Just disappointed twice now..this location will be lucky if I try again. Do better Clare!

The place looked clean, the service was quick. We had a new server so he forgot some stuff but he got it all for us right away. All of my group had the fish or shrimp. Both dishes were tasty and well presented for a fast food restaurant.

It’s Culver’s…the not so fast food place that doesn’t taste like fast food and thats a good thing. It’s worth the wait and staff seem to enjoy the effort in making the burgers better than the picture. Skip the clown, the king, and the other guys and order dessert too!
