Wish I could give it no stars. Not only did they make us move around to the front to wait even longer. Then the driveway was blocked to get out by the crowd rushing to Kfc for dinner. The Chicken was dark like nothing I ever seen at a fast food place. Potatoes were old, fries were cooked in the same old oil. which was a $2.00 “Upcharge”. The food is okay, but not at the top of my list of places to go. I don’t really like chicken, but I’ll eat nuggets or strips. I don’t do chicken on a bone EVER! I ordered the $20 Fill Up Box because it had the best of both worlds. My girlfriend likes fried chicken, and I like chicken nuggets. We were both happy as far as we could be happy about chicken, I guess.

Reesey (sp?) was amazing when we stopped by with our fifth wheel and couldn’t get through the drive through. She went above and beyond to help us order and pay through the phone and then brought our food out to us! Top notch service and the food was great!

Worst ran restaurant in Muskegon. Always EXTREMELY slow with food. Ordered online and still had to wait 30 minutes for 3 pot pies. Girl at the counter was courteous. Not her fault. But management needs to be retrained and or replaced. Ridiculous.
