Lombardis is one of our favorite places to eat in Salisbury Maryland. The service is always top notch. And all the food we’ve tried was excellent. We especially like the pizza, turkey, and salads. The salads are HUGE and the ingredients are always fresh. Oh, and you have to try the old bay fries! Can’t wait to go back.

I ordered two large pizzas for carryout there last night, 3/10/23. One with three toppings, and the other had one topping. Toppings cost $2.50 a piece, but that was the agreed upon cost, so that’s not the issue. The issue is that when I got home, I found slices on both pizzas that had no toppings on them. I sent them a message, expressing my disappointment of how terrible the toppings were placed on the pizza. Today, they responded that they counted the slices of pepperoni on my pizza, and it looked correct at 26 slices, but they were just overlapped. No apologies or concern that it was made improperly, and they also think that less than 4 pepperonis per slice of a large pizza is unacceptable. They did offer a $2.50 credit for my next order, but I won’t be ordering again since they don’t value quality of service or customer retention.

Ordered a steak stromboli with no extra meat and no mushrooms just a normal stromboli. Well my wife picked it up and it cost us $26.49 and we were surprised when it was in a small pizza box because a stromboli is large and usually barely fits in a large box. We pulled a piece from the box and low and behold we found mushrooms. You have a friendly staff and I understand that mistakes happen from time to time. $8.70 cents a slice and very small slices is not worth it to me. You have good pizza but I can’t afford that. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and I hope that prices quality don’t stop me from coming back.

The food was still good, and that is why I am giving a 2 star. The restaurant is extremely dirty. The decorations over the door have inches of dust. The bathroom is extremely nasty with a urine odor so strong it drives you out. It’s a shame the owners are allowing the place to deteriorate.

I constantly work out of town and love to try new restaurants and “Ma and Pop” pizza places. Quality of the bread and toppings and taste was 5 stars for sure in my book. I got take out but from the quality of the food, I would expect that the quality of service would be no different.

Ordered grilled cheese sandwich and recieved blackened bread and a whole slice of unmelted cheese. The cheesesteak sub had only one slice of tomato and that was the top of the tomato with the stem part. Please care more about preparing quality food that you charge high prices for.

Ordered takeout. Got there in 15 minutes and they gave me some cold pizza that apparently someone else didn’t pick up. Not even warm but cold! Emailed and never got a response. Done with them
