Easy to order it’s been years since I had their food and if you are wanting a quick bite with no leftovers this is the place. It would be nice to pile on their Chow mein since it’s just noodles and cabbage but they are really skimpy on it. That’s about all I have to say about it.

They make you wait a lot. Always have missing dishes, last time i had to wait 20 minutes on an online order, first wait for Chow Mein, then once was done, they were out of Spring Rolls… avoid this place and go to the Westlake Center in Daly City, much better.

So my pick up time says 1220pm and i arrived at 1240, to give them rxtra time and normally that would be enough but today is different line is long and my order is not ready i stood in the pick up line but i feel like a ghost, nobody seems to see me. After 10 minutes i finally speak up and got helped. I got out at 1pm. One problem i saw is that the girl cleaning the drink station also handles the trash below and did not change gloves before going behind the counter to handle food, not very sanitary.

They don’t prepare online pick up orders until you are there physically. They prioritize in-person customers. The manager (in black uniform) was very rude and ignored me, telling me to go away when I asked why my pick up order was not prepared. I even went there 20 mins after my pick up time to give them more time to prepare.

Edit to add: in feb 2023 they changed the seasonings of several food items and now I can’t eat here without an allergic reaction. Would have been nice if they disclosed this change. The honey walnut shrimp is not supposed to be spicy but they put some sort of red spice to it and now I am itchy and coughing. I’ve eaten this many times over the last few years and this is the first time seeing the red flakes and having an allergic reaction.
