Service was fast. Food wasn’t spectacular but it was what I ordered, just a double cheeseburger combo on sale. Fries weren’t hot but not cold either. Lots of ketchup. Salt when requested. Pleasant Drive Thru experience. Sat in very clean parking lot to eat. 6 pm but not busy.

Their breakfast offerings are pretty good and consistent from one visit to the next. Their chicken strips are really good and just as good as most chicken joints and alot better than some. The Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich was Really Delicious ! The Charbroiled Double Deals for Burgers are Good as well . I appreciate their Hard Work and Thanks Again !

When I entered the restaurant at 11:45 AM at the Greenwood, SC, Hardee’s on Hwy 72 , I was the only customer present. I spoke to the cashier and said, Good morning. How are you today?” She made no response or eye contact. Just grunted about what I wanted to order. I placed my order for a combo. When the sandwich was ready, she was nowhere in sight. In a minute she came from the back carrying a package of cups and kicking a large box of napkins scooting them along the floor. She then put my sandwich and fries in a bag and placed it on the counter. Again, no eye contact and no acknowledgement of “Here’s your order,” or question if I wanted ketchup. Another customer had arrived by then, and seeing the poor attitude of the server, had a bewildered look on her face. Hardee’s has some great customer service, but they also have some of the worst I have experienced. This was one of the worst!

Waited about 25 minutes (no one’s else in there) plainly stated NO MAYO but she put it on there anyway. I was now late so I couldn’t wait for another meal to be cooked so had to get a refund. Very very upset that was my supper for tonight we have 2 kids games back to back so because of there screw up no supper for me. I just hope I don’t have an episode because of not eating. Things like this happen alot. They need to pay better attention to the orders

I ended up here because it was the only place without a line. The food was ok. It wasn’t hot, so I guess my food had been sitting there awhile. The girl who gave me my order was super rude. I asked a question about one of the desserts that was advised on her window and before she answered the question she told me I couldn’t place an order at the window and if I were to order it they would have to cook it and i would wait 10 mins. I wasn’t planning on ordering, I just wanted to know what was in them. I probably won’t go back for a while if at all.

Went through the drive thru tonight and orders 3 different meals combos but only received 2 french fries in my bag. Told the worker we were missing a french fry and the manager came to the window acting very hostile to us right off the bat. Swore that we didnt say we wanted a combo even though we did. The manager, Carol, was very rude and disrespectful with her tone and snide comments. Horrible experience.
