I just came here with my friend. Thai Bistro is truly a hidden gem in Pensacola. The restaurant has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The waiter was very nice, patient, and helped to explain things on the menu. I ordered the Thai Fried Rice ($10) from the lunch menu. Very flavorful! I also had a crab dish with cream cheese. Will definitely come back again!

If I told you this was salmon, would you believe me? They forgot my appetizer, the first order of salmon came out burnt, this is the second order of salmon and it still was not worth eating! they did finally bring up my appetizer too by the way, and if you can believe it through all of that they charged me for my order. Smh. I also was sick to my stomach and how many times I saw her put stuff in the microwave, to a point I even brought it up that I can microwave my own food…and that I don’t come to a restaurant to have microwaved food. Unreal. They charge $17 for burnt, gross salmon! That is ridiculous. When I told her it is white and chewy like chicken they didn’t understand what I was saying. They still charged me a full bill with all of those problems, and gross food that I just left there. I will never be back. Sad because I was excited about a place like this.

Normally I would give a place three tries before posting an opinion on it. however, in this case I believe one try is enough to make up my mind. I really love Thai food, it is my personal favorite. I visit every Thai place in town. I went in and ordered chicken pad Thai here. I was given my order 1 minute and 50 seconds after placing it. I was shocked that it came so quickly. The food that I was given was beyond unacceptable. Pale, tasteless terribly overcooked soggy noodles with almost no dressing, wilted nasty cabbage and chicken that tastes like it is perhaps no longer appropriate for serving.

Delicious authentic Thai food. The pad thai was great and our kids loved the chicken satay. We also had mango boba tea.

It was a little disorganized as far as seating and decor go because they just changed owners two weeks ago. But the service was very good and the food was delicious. My favorite things were the melt in your mouth dumplings and the Thai coffee. I will definitely return even if for take out.

Ordered mussaman curry with chicken. tonight. I don’t know what we got but it was so bad we both ended up throwing it in the garbage. I’ve eaten curry from Thai restaurants all over town and this had no coconut milk flavor and it had a sour flavor. This is gross, but my daughter said it tastes like vomit. I have to agree, it did. I don’t know if they used spoiled milk or what the problem was. All I know is $40 went straight into the garbage can because it was totally inedible. The vegetable spring rolls were good. That’s not enough to redeem this place for me. I won’t be back!

The ambiance of this place is creepy. Too dark, can’t see what they put in the food! Actually, we love Thai food and we have experience with Thai cuisine for many places. BUT NOT THIS PLACE!! Taste suck and over priced with no quality food. Used bottom rice from rice cooker to make fried rice and DARE to sell.. street food in Thailand is way better!! Guys if you don’t want to waste your money and time. Do not ruin your vacation time there.. Trust me.. nasty place.. Never ever visit there again!

This is a quaint little spot to stop by. At the moment, they only have cash option and don’t allow dine-in at this time. The food was good though they definitely put a twist on the flavors of typical Thai dishes. It’s a little more expensive that other Thai places, but not so unreasonable.
