Decided to try something different today and I’m glad I did. Nice, clean location with a lovely staff. Cheers to Mr. Robert, he took his time to explain us the menu and give us samplers! Everyone of that staff was super friendly and attentive! And last but not least the food was delicious.

This review is strictly from today 8/17. I love chicken salad chick but this location has been going downhill for a while…the bathrooms are not clean, the carpet you walk on while going to the restroom has an odor. The trash cans are so full to the point you can’t even put your trash inside. Now the food is always pretty good but service and cleanliness is lacking. I just might have to take a break here for a while till things are able to change a bit

My wife, her mother, her sister and I went here because we absolutely love their food! The atmosphere is that of a time years back in a southern home where you would have eaten great home cooked meals. And that’s exactly what you do. While we sitting and talking after we had finished eating we were saying how my wife’s grandmother Connie Walton would have loved this place. We continued to talk and one of the ladies who worked there asked if she could remove our baskets. We said sure. We started telling her how much we enjoyed Chicken Salad Chic. She was very nice. Her name was Connie which we all thought was a sign because we were just talking about Connie Walton. And then we found out that her middle name was Leigh which is my wife’s middle name. She was awesome as were all the employees we had contact with. Please go and enjoy your time here. You will find it amazing.

Pasta salad was not that great, the taste, flavor was not good to me. When they first opened the portion size for the price was great. Lately the scoop size seems smaller. The presentation was not good for me. Most likely my last time at this location. Plus I do not like packaged items mixed in with my food. Those warehouses are not clean ! Yet you put plastic wrapped crackers inside my box with my food! Yuck

Such a simple idea done 100% right. I enjoyed a fancy Nancy on a croissant and it was heavenly! Fresh and fast with a little delicious bonus cookie. I also like their salads to go to take to work for the week. Very convenient and yummy. You should go here!

Really good chicken salad! So far I’ve tried the cranberry one and the lemon flavor and both were delicious! The soup is good and I really like the crackers. The people working here have always been polite. The meals even come with a little frosted cookie!
