They’ve got great chicken, but don’t pass up on a cheeseburger. I moved to Woodbury and everyone told me to try the blackbird cafe, I ordered a burger from then and it was dreadful. I came here two weeks later and ordered a double cheeseburger for half the price, and would you believe it? Absolutely marvelous. Hands down the best burger in Woodbury and for such a great price.

Like fine wine they get better with time! Can’t find an item on the menu that I don’t love, everything is fresh and cooked to order and perfection. Best sweet tea and lemonade in town…heck all of Meriwether, Pike, and Upson counties too. They always have and still go above and beyond expectations. The food is great, and for a decent price. I always get a Chilli dog, a chicken fillet sandwich, strips, and a large drink. It comes out to a little under 20$. I wouldn’t get nearly as much food at any other place for the same amount of money. Their ranch is delicious, and tastes homade, I highly recommend it to dip. the wait time may be SLIGHTLY longer than other places, but for an establishment of this type, it’s just right.

I haven’t tryed to many items yet at the chicken shack but this visit I got 2 chili cheese dogs and an order of frys . Frys where good and had some good seasoning on them but found myself wishing it had more because it was good . Chili cheese dogs where fantastic and almost needed a fork to eat them .
