Sticking with the Colombian theme, we hired Mira Ve for an Encanto themed birthday party. Let’s just say, there is no need to stick to a theme when wanting a high quality, professional, and absolutely delicious food truck —- our guests have already asked when the next time is that they can come over and have this food again!! Everyone was blown away!! Thank you Mira Ve for providing the freshest, most authentic and delicious food, as well as thinking of every detail (custom menus, personalized tickets, etc)! So I was craving a hotdog a few weeks ago, and this was one of the only places that came up on DoorDash at 10PM. The images had me torn, as the hotdogs were loaded in various colored sauces, and frankly (no pun intended), I wasn’t sure what to expect. I thought the sauce would make the buns soggy by the time it arrived, and it seemed like overkill for a hotdog. Turns out, the sauces aren’t “liquidy” as they might seem in the photos, and these things were absolutely delicious.
