Quality is always consistent. Food is always prepared very quickly. Margaritas are plain but good enough for how cheap they are. Salsa bar is always fresh and clean. I wish they had hotter salsa but that is a personal preference. The Chile verde is my favorite thing on the menu. I love that there is always plenty of seating and the tables are always quickly cleaned and ready for guests.

The beef enchilada plate is good, each enchilada is stuffed with a generous portion of ground beef and some diced potatoes. They ask you what type of sauce you want on top of your enchiladas, I opted for the red sauce but they incorrectly put chili con carne… no complaints though, it was still delicious. The enchilada plate also came with a side of tortillas, very soft and buttery..eat it quickly before it cools and hardens.

We lived Rosa’s great food ,fun, beautiful atmosphere. They make the tortillas right there and you can watch through a large window. It’s order at the counter and pick up when ready. Large seating area and lots to look at 3 fountain drink areas, a salsa bar, and did I mention food is amazing . Large portions and fresh tortillas. It’s a must visit for me. They also have drive thru .

This was my first trip post pandemic and the first stop was here after leaving the airport. There were many good selections to choose from but decided on the fajitas. The portions were great for their price. I did not have to wait long for my food after I ordered which was a plus. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish which is a rare find in NC. When I am in this area again, this will truly be on my list of places to dine. I will be recommending Rosa’s to my traveling friends.

If this is fast food Mexican…it isn’t pretty. The only good thing were the homemade tortillas. Otherwise, everything tasted like it came canned or frozen. Food had no taste and was overall bland. The salsa bar was right on target as were the chips. But from here on I’ll stick with Taco Bueno for fast Mexican food.
