I ordered pretzel crust pizza. I don’t think this is pretzel crust, doesn’t look or taste like it…. And the cheese sauce was very thick, tasted like they used cheese wizz … wasnot the best this time. I love their pretzel pizza from other locations but will never go to this one again!

I’ve been going here for years but I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough of ordering online and showing up and seeing they gave out my pizza to someone else and I get an old one if I’m lucky, or sitting waiting for 10-15 minutes for another to come out? What’s the point of ordering ahead of its not gonna be ready in the pickup window? Quality has also become a problem, like getting a barely cooked pizza. And customer service and staff attitude has gone down the drain as well. I go to a LC up in Owings Mills and had consistent service. Is this location under staffed? Poor training? Bad management? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager there. Enough of my rant. Maybe I’ll give them another chance to win me back in a few months, but for now they’ve lost consistent customer.

After waiting about 30 mins for my food, I was given the wrong order. I ordered a deep dish pizza and was given a pizza that was not deep dish. The dough was flat. I ordered cheese breadsticks and was given a pepperoni pizza. Then the cashier gave attitude when I asked them to correct my order. Never going back to that location.

Don’t waste your time or money! I placed on online order, arrived at the store a few minutes after the time it said my order would be ready. I waited in line even though there were two employees at the front of the store and one was on his phone while the other did all the work, and he informed me that they don’t have any of the things I ordered and they aren’t making any more tonight. When I asked if I could get a refund, I was told I would have to do that online without any further instructions. Additionally, not one singular employee had a face mask on. In the middle of a pandemic with a highly contagious strain going on?? No regard for peoples safety, time, or money. Had to figure out other dinner plans, but I’m disappointed to say the least.

Price wise they are hard to beat, but if you’re looking for quality look elsewhere. Before finally giving up on the franchise every time I got a pizza from here it tasted as if it wasn’t cooked, merely warmed up, even when requesting it to be well done. I will give them credit for their pepperoni pizza though. Very inexpensive, made fast, and a lot harder to mess up. If you want anything other than that though, good luck.

Terrible crust, thick, overly bready, limp, no crispiness, boring sauce. This location used to have a nice crisp golden crunchy crust about 10 years ago. It’s awful now. Not even worth buying.

Very poor service. Typically you’d expect to be served as soon as you walk into an establishment, especially if no one’s ahead of you but that’s not the case here. The dough on my deep dish pizza wasn’t fresh at all and it looked as if no effort was put into it at all. The workers didn’t have proper hair nets on or beard covers and one young lady had a fur print head band on! I wouldn’t even order online here y’all. Very very poor service and food quality
