I had the private room booked and then confirmed 3 weeks later…….but less than 24 hours before our event, they said they could not handle us. And the manager I spoke to was VERY rude. She said I was raising my voice…….what would any one due when you had 29 booked and they said they could not serve us…..unless we wanted poor service or cold food. I previously had good vibes about this place…but not now. I would rate them as a zero.

Went here with a group of 20. Although we had a reservation, the manager had only scheduled 2 servers this afternoon. When another group came in they and the kitchen could not keep up. Our service was sporadic at best. Every once in a while one of us would get their order. When the last gal in our group got her order we applauded. The manager came out and chided us for doing so. Instead of apologizing for their poor service, she chided us.

Fish & chips were good, Korean beef sandwich was ok, would order something different next time. The wait staff was super attentive … Great job. We noticed and appreciated how everyone worked so well together to keep everything running smoothly.

Only ok. Very slow service, but friendly. Food was okay, but overpriced for what you get. A plain burger, pot roast sandwich, and 2 soft drinks was $50! Probably won’t be back.
