This was my very first time eating here and it was terrible!!!! The customer service was good , the woman taking my order make multiple suggestions for me to try. I ended up getting the bbq pork dinner. And it was NOT at all what I expected, I paid almost $12 for a kid size portion of bbq. I called and told them this exact thing. And she said that it was 5oz of bqq. I submit and picture of my food not inside the foil! This absolutely doesn’t look like 5oz of bbq. For my first time eating here I’m very disappointed!!!

Black Angus is a great place for good food. They cook most of the food as you order so do not expect instant hamburgers. Try the daily specials that change every day. Call ahead for your food to be ready when you get there.

Great old time burgers priced for today’s economy. Small patties on large buns but tasty nonetheless. If you want to taste the meat, I recommend ordering a double or triple meat pattie. The hickory smoke sauce burger and their cheese chili burgers are very flavorful. Good fries. Haven’t tried any of their varied mix of home style foods but they looked good.

This place was very close to where we were staying for the night so we decided to give it a try. They were not busy so there was no wait time. When we approached the counter to order the girl taking our order literally just stood there and stared at us. No hi, how you doing, can I help you, nothing. Just stood there with a blank look on her face. So we just started telling her what we wanted and she looked as about enthusiastic as someone scheduling a root canal as she took our order. I ordered the hickory smoke burger with fries and my wife picked the chicken strip dinner with fries and a salad. The wait time to get our food wasn’t a really long time but was a little longer than I thought it would take to make one burger and some chicken strips and a small salad but there was also orders going out through drive thru so I’m sure that played a part. When the food arrived I was surprised at how small the burger was and how thin the patty was. But it had a good flavor. My wife’s chicken was cooked nicely and was moist but both of us agreed that the fries had been cooked in old grease or something and neither of us could eat them. She said the ranch for her salad also had an odd taste like it had gotten hot at one time or another. The whole time we were there we watched the girl behind the counter and decided that she just didn’t like being at work because her attitude was the same towards everyone that came in. Overall not a horrible experience but if we’re ever through town again we probably won’t stop here.

This place wasn’t bad. But if I had to choose a place to eat this would be one of the last options. Burger wasn’t anything significant. And it was way too small! For the price I paid for this meal it should be bigger than this.

My order: 3 cheeseburgers w/ fries & drinks & a salad. I had to put so much salt and pepper on my fries and burgers I thought I was gonna give myself a heart attack.. the food was very bland. Some fries tasted old and some tasted fresh. No flavor whatsoever!!! Oh and we had a fight or two with the GNATS steady landing on our drinks & flying around our food. Won’t be going back! But I gave them 2 stars because the staff were friendly so I appreciated that.

This place was amazing ..the food..the owner..my sister and I went in with our mother ..who is 81 we had just left UAMS ..mom had a doc visit…our mom ate everything on her plate ..the food was amazing … you could tell that who ever cook it ..made it with love and stuff they knew exactly what they was doing …cause it just melted in your mouth …the kind of food that makes you smile …I truly loved thus place ❤️

Did a drive-thru service to try the burger. No real taste to the meat. Was disappointed. Staff was extremely nice and service was great. The french fries were amazingly hot and fresh and tasted awesome.

If you want a low-key super casual steak dinner experience than look no further. My steak was cooked properly (medium), seasoned well and arrived quickly. The baked tater and Texas toast are good. The salad is pretty basic but it’s good enough for me. And the staff are quite friendly as well. This place doesn’t have the looks of the fancier and pricier steak houses but they produce a comparable if not better meal.

Really like the dining area in this place. Has just the right touch of hometown charm. Cozy, but room to have a group of 10. Lots of windows, so well lit. Service behind the counter and in the seating area keeping it clean and clear was great.
