My husband and I stopped to get something to go, since we were traveling. It took exactly 18 minutes to get our food. The manager was yelling harshly at one kid. I thought he was new and he looked like he was trying. She blamed him for mistakes made by everyone else. I left in tears. I looked at him, and told him, “It is not your fault the line-cook and manager screwed up my order, things will get better, hang in their.” That being said, I wanted to yell at her and degrade her the way she did this poor young man.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s… Ever. Fortunately, I was at the front of the line. After listening to the crew members argue about whose break it was and when they got off work, I waited at least 15 minutes for 2 Sausage Breakfast Burritos. My associate gave up after waiting an additional 10 minutes for her Sausage Muffin w/Egg. Meanwhile, they were trying to figure out how to give a family discount to people BEHIND us in line. Okay admittedly it’s after breakfast, but McDonald’s advertises they serve breakfast 24/7. The lady ahead of me orders sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. So I order an egg white with my sausage biscuits like always. And I hear, “I’m sorry sir we don’t serve egg whites after breakfast.” And I accept that. Then as I’m leaving and I picked up my sausage biscuits only I hear them tell the lady ahead of me, ” I’m sorry we had to custom make your eggs to order.” What? You mean to tell me that you’ll make the regular eggs but you won’t make the egg whites after breakfast? I find this ridiculous but I’m told these are the rules.

My mother ordered a parfait someone working said no I’m not making it and 15 mins goes by and my mom is still waiting and the workers are eatting fries and talking to friends. It doesn’t take much to make a simple parfait. After we got the parfait and ate our other meal we got we go to put it in the trash and the trash is over filling on the top worse experience ever I don’t recommend eatting there ever!!!!!!!!
