This was not the chuck e cheese I remembered from when I was little. Total upgrade. The pizza was good. My daughter had a blast. The free little fun pictures were great. Lots of fun. It was for a birthday party so I can’t speak on price though.

I had the ultimate birthday party for my grandson. It was great and went very smoothly. We had a host that was informative and helped guide the party as needed. All the supplies were set up and ready prior to my arrival. You can bring your own cake. They designate a time when you can light the candles. They also supply a cake server utensil. The kids had a blast and enjoyed every minute. The food was pretty decent. We were able to upgrade the size of the pizzas, which I did. and were given the option to buy other food items if you want to. Which I did not. If you want a fun party with no worries, hassle, no clean up, no preparation for food, I would recommend it.

We had a birthday party here, and the games were fun and so is the party. Staff that was here never came to sing Happy Birthday. We never saw Chucky. We even asked for help cutting the cake cuz we did not bring a knife. The staff was just kind of rude and very slow to react. Would have been nice to at least have someone sing Happy Birthday at a 13-year-old’s party.

I haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese in decades so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how updated it was. No more climbing tunnels, instead open and airy space with ton of games and a few little rides for the kids. We were there for a birthday party which was excellently organized and staff didn’t great job accommodating needs and making birthday kiddos feel special. Everyone had a great time with pizza and games and even our 12 and 13 year old kiddos enjoyed.

The pizza was okay, but the salad bar was not very appetizing. The broccoli looked like it hadn’t ever been washed. It literally was dirty on the stalks of it.. the customer service was poor. Specifically from this younger person working there. I believe his name was Isaac. When I stood in line and finally got to the counter. I had asked to check the points on the cards of the 3 children that were all standing right there by me. So he totaled them all up as one and told me I had 525 points all together and then I was like for which one and he told me all of them. Then When I requested a seperate total for each child. He got all mad and said ,” Well did you initially specify that you wanted them seperately?? NO you didn’t”. I wasnt even being rude to him about it I actually was overly apologetic and very polite. Up until that point. Then once they were done seperately one card alone had 525 and then the other two had 300 some odd points.. so he almost jipped is out of like 600 something points..But honestly you see three kids with me and three cards.. I don’t think many kids want to pitch all their points together and trade them for one prize that they all have to share… and I’m guessing if you work there you would already know that idk… but that guy really was unpleasant and I had to interact with him the most of any other employee that day. Btw the unicorn churos weren’t very good and they didn’t even look like the picture at all heads up.

Oh my god the pizza rocks. Nothing like the cardboard I grew up with. I took my son here and when I was leaving with him a guy was pretty active about making sure my son was mine with some stamp check and it’s not much but in today’s world, it’s all the little things… the staff seem pretty dead inside. Please give them more money to smile and don’t you dare set that standard without raising your own so that they have a real reason to smile.

We had a joint birthday party at the superior Chuck E. Cheese. They did a fantastic job. Pizza and wings were great. Autumn and Lyla did a great job!! It was very clean and the games kept the kids entertained. They made sure we had everything needed. Susan, the manager was very accommodating and nice. We will be back!
