Inconsistent and often incredibly slow. They get the order right almost all the time, but the quality is all over the place. Some days, it’s the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had; other days, I don’t even finish what I ordered. And the distribution is pretty even across that entire spectrum. Service is abysmal, and folks are frequently ignores for 5-10 minutes at a time. 50/50 chance they’re high. Speed is good about 80% of the time. But you can’t ever predict that 20% when it will take them a half hour to make a couple burritos.

I put a mobile order in for pickup and when i arrived there was no order and they were not able to tell me what my order number was even after i showed them the receipt and checked the correct address. After a 30 minute way in store I finally got it but it was wrong and missing items. Nothing is labled so you have no idea what anything is. One taco was not even fully wrapped and everything fell out into the bag. The staff were friendly but extremely understaffed for a Saturday!

My wife has hated going to Taco Bell for 20 years. I always talk her into it and she regrets it, we usually both do. We’ve even stopped going to a few locations. Most of the time it’s sloppy, wet, and sparce on the ingredients. This one has impressed us both the last 3 times we’ve visited. We hope it continues the level of service its operating at, and will keep coming back to this location for sure.

Forgot my nachos. 4 full heads of lettuce on my taco. I don’t even understand how that’s possible but I seen it. No napkins no hot sauce had to ask for everything. I think there was meat on the taco not sure drop the Mt everest of lettuce

I love taco bell, but this place doesn’t put the right menus up (breakfast) and makes ordering very difficult. It took a long time to get one item with nobody else ahead or behind me. Management really needs to look into investing into the people that work here so that there is better service.

Ordered 2 of one kind of burrito with no sour cream and 2 of another kind of burrito. 2 lemonade watermelon berry freezes and 2 Baja blasts. We got the Baja blasts but that was the only thing that was right. Both of the burritos ordered without sour cream had sour cream. Both of the other two burritos which were supposed to contain chicken had no meat. The freezes were made without the lemonade. First things first we were given the food, I asked the kid that gave us the food where the drinks were and he stared at me, turned around and walked away. 2 mins later I was finally able to get the attention of another employee who told me they would get the drinks. They made them without lemonade. I asked about it and only then was I told that they were out of lemonade. All around the experience was unprofessional and we were treated like annoyances when we asked for things that we paid for. The manager that I spoke to who gave me the name anthony seemed to have no idea what he was doing and refused to give me a refund or replacement for the four incorrectly made burritos. He loudly sighed and said “my god” when I asked and then said “nah we can’t do that you’re either gonna have to eat ‘em or throw em out and I don’t care which one you do.” Not a single employee that was working during that shift deserves their job. I have worked fast food before, during, and after covid and there is no excuse for that level of unprofessional behavior and ignorance.

What a mess this place always is. Today I paid $3 for a drink only because I love baja blast. The machine in the dining room was out so I asked if the machine in the back was working and was told no… We are out of Baja blast. I get a refund for my $3 and then 2 minutes later the workers put an order up for a mobile pickup and it has a perfect looking cup of Baja blast from the back machine……… Icing on the cake…. My taco was freezing cold. Every time I come here it’s a gamble. Unless I am really hungry I will typically go someone else.
