Not always the best experience at this Ledo’s. They advertised iced tea in full size menu cards but when I ordered an unsweet tea, I was told they didn’t have any. HUH?! We decided to change to carryout and go home so I could have iced tea (the only beverage I drink with meals). Also, they had 2 TVs playing loudly and competing with each other. When we explained this , noting was done so we moved to a quieter table in the back. Also, it usually smells like strong cleanser…this perfume scent does not go well with food and makes me wonder what they are spraying in there. I once received a pizza that actually tasted like the cleanser. YUCK! Our server was super-nice, but for all the other reasons we are rethinking going back here.

Ordered pizza with light sauce on it therefore that should means lightly sauced, it shouldn’t mean there’s next to none on the pizza. also got loaded cheese fries for $8 the cheese fries are hella dry and depressing looking and lacking in portion related to price it’s like a small size fry with cheese sauce on the bottom a small layer of fries with 2 torn up strips of bacon and half melted piece of provolone on top. smh do better! Ledo anything is not cheap anymore and the quality seem to have gone down too

I always order from here they are very quick its only about 20 minutes when I place my order before it’s ready which is nice . I think the workers are friendly I have been coming here about 2 years and have interacted with different employees always have been friendly.I like the fact they open the pizza box so you can see it before you leave I would recommend the steak and cheese so good yummy yummy thanks for the great food and service!

The food was fine, exactly what you’d expect at any Ledos. The service was awful. I was sitting with a full view of behind the counter. The only server sat in a chair texting on his phone almost the entire time we were there, while the other girl was actually working the front desk. The dining room had about 8 tables of customers and the guy would sit and text for 15-20 minute stretches. We had three small children who were starting to lose patience. In order to get the check I had to stare at the guy for 5+ minutes until he decided to look up from his phone. He never came back for our cards so I had to bring them up to the counter. He even stood and watched me entering the restaurant carrying a baby, a bag, and a portable high chair and couldn’t be bothered to open a door for me.

Unfortunately no wait service at this location. Maryland style pizza that has close to 20 locations within Maryland. Pastry dough style pizza with provolone cheese in lieu of mozzarella cheese. Square pies only. Very different than classic style pizza. Sauce has that hint of sweetness without it being overbearing. Definitely gets a 7.9. The buffalo chicken pizza gets a 8.2. Definitely a must try for those who don’t live in Maryland. Pizza Friday in Maryland for this out of towner was a hit.

My family and I highly recommend Ledo Pizza in Hanover. Tonight was unusually busy as they were hosting our son’s school fundraiser. Wait times were longer than usual but they are worth the wait. The pizza is delicious, I enjoyed the wings and the toppings on the meat lover are our favorite in the area. We watched how the employees worked hard to crank out all the orders and stayed calm, cool and collected the entire time. We’re truly impressed by the whole teams positive attitude and work ethic.. Thank you so much for helping support our school and taking care of dinner for the night.
