Michael at this location was very chipper and friendly. I bought the 2 for $6 deal with a beef and cheddar and the 3 piece tenders. I received 3 and a half tenders because one of them was pretty small. I’m glad they didn’t try to pass that one off as a full tender. Overall a 4 star experience but the friendly customer service brings it up to a five star experience. Well done Arby’s on Sawmill, well done.

Do not charge a customer when you cannot deliver. And insist to call customer service if no number is given but yours. Thief. Apparently, the same black woman with dreadlocks is the same overloaded rudeness I’m seeing on the reviews.. would it be time to fire that person and hire someone who can do best if not better job?? And the same shake machine that is broken for what? Longer than two months now?? Well.. dine and buy food elsewhere. I’m positive there’s better place than this one.

Arby’s is usually a great deal for me. You know my motto is “GET THE APP”, but in this case you also want the emails. I received a coupon to buy a steak sandwich and get free fries and a drink. I’m not a fan of the curly fries so I got potato (yum yum) cakes instead. For a little over $3.00 in Ohio. The Petite Steak sandwich with bacon and garlic butter was pretty good. I’m crazy about ciabatta bread.

5/6/23: Two Delicious chicken sandwiches cheffed up by Ronnie and team today! Buffalo chicken sandwich was a little messy with the hot sauce but tasty! The chicken swiss bacon was tasty too but I’d prefer mayo not honey mustard. I’ll request that next time. I’m not a honey mustard kinda person. But you do you! Fast, friendly service!

I have come to this location several times, I went through the drive-thru yesterday, I asked the young girl at the window for extra sauce and she was willing to give me sauce but the manager, the black woman, was very rude to me, she refused to give it to me.

I like Arby’s food I am a frequent customer, normally when I go to this location in sawmill I prefer to eat inside and yesterday while I was eating some customers asked for free fries due to some promotion that Arbys has and the manager was so rude, she has no professionalism to the position that she has there.
