I was told, when I thought I could order that I’d need to order from the kiosk. 1st time sucked. It took way too long. I had been driving for hours and needed a bathroom. The bathroom had a combination lock. I asked if I needed to use the kiosk in order to get a combination for the bathroom. She said she’d unlock it as soon as she had a minute. I waited close to 10 minutes before getting to use it. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my food. Convenient? No, it was a horrible experience. I never want to go to taco bell if that’s what the future holds. It was so inconvenient they should lower prices. What’s next will have to make the food?

Whoever owns this taco bell… kudos to you for being able to be happy for what your employees produce. Very lazy, service is trash and they also keep the phone off the hook to avoid dashers.. I’ve seen people be ignored when knocking at the patio door. I for one can’t wait until they replace this location for a raising caines.

Now I know why I hate technology, as I approached the counter to order my food, a staff member ask me to use the kiosk to order my food. As I finished my order, and then it aks my to type in my phone number to receive a text message for my receipt. As I received my food I was short a cinnamon twist, and I told the staff member, but I didn’t have a receipt to show him, as the machine didnt texted it to me. It was the same person that helped me order my food. So he changed me another cinnamon twist. The place was empty, and now I can see why this location is hiring.

Don’t let the cleanliness of this store fool you the employees are nasty I stood at the register for 4 minutes waiting to ask to use the restroom afterwards I waited another five to get someone to take my order and when they finally did the lady was very rude and made me feel as though my ordering was a nuisance would not recommend

This location doesn’t know what good customer service is. Fast food restaurant or not, If you want to be the best.. You have to do your best. I bit into a hash brown and it was so old it crumbled in my mouth. The cinnabites were so oily it was inedible. Please try harder.

Drive-thru was clean of debris. Server was but not as friendly as usual, could have had a bad day. The burritos were coming apart and leaking, probably due to the beans being very runny. Taste was good and quantity was good but the quality of folding and runny beans is why I gave it less Stars. I would still go there again as I tend to. I will update the review again on my visit.
