Employees are incompetent. Couldn’t clearly explain why mayo can not be added for an extra $ in a slim. Or tell me that a little John would have been cheaper than explaining why a Slim can not have mayo. Look man, I don’t work here, you’re supposed to know the menu and thoroughly understand the policy. Not, this is just how it is. Sometimes, explaining to a customer ” Hey the Slim doesn’t have any options for add-ons, our apologies; but the little John would be a little cheaper and could come with your condiments”. I had no idea that I could do that for cheaper, I thought it would be more. Regardless, I had Ordered 4 sandwiches, and they forgot the cheese on the slim! ♀️. Forgot to give me mayo packs and my debit card until I had to ask for them back. And, of course, no napkins. Lovely for a mom with 2 kids.

Not what was advertised, unable to follow directions, even in store. Went in today and ordered ham/turkey, dijon on both sides, wheat bread. Unfortunately instead of the wheat they show on their site (see photo), it was a seeded bread that was maybe driven over before before used. Then I noticed the sandwich was dry, opened it up, and had dijon in just one corner. Maybe I am just not a JJ customer because for me an extra 15 seconds and the right ingredients could have made this a good sandwich.

Sandwich was good. I was puzzled by why the employees wore masks over their chins. We’re nearly two years into the pandemic. Hasn’t the Jimmy John’s corporation taught employees that masks are only effective at protecting employees and customers if they’re worn over both the nose and mouth?
