The Buffalo Tenders were good, not as spicy or as hot as I like but the Family enjoyed them as well. Chicken Parm was really good, not thick as some places, which is good. Not to keen on thick chicken. The drinks were really good, very tasty. Our waitress was happy and cheery, which makes it nice. The rest of the staff was friendly, so definitely a 5 star experience.

0/10, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. We sat for about 5-10 minutes waiting on drinks then another 40 to get our appetizer. We finally decided to just leave and went to check out for the drinks and appetizers. Our waitress, who we hadn’t seen in about 45 minutes-she didn’t bring us the food-gave us an extreme attitude and was very rude with her words, tone, and her hand movements (flaunting them around). She called out a manager and then the manager blamed the cooks. We told her this entire story and she didn’t seem to care and cashed us out. We then left with disgusting tastes in our mouths from the appetizer, and an empty stomache. Thank you to chillis for filling us up.

This is a very nice place to stop and eat. Thanks for the great food and service. Your restaurant was very clean, as were the bathrooms . We decided on sharing the pizza ,and believe me, there was plenty for two . Thank you to the waitress who went upove and beyond with your tea. We are from the South, and our sweet tea is just better. You did a great job making your tea as close as the southern way possible.

I asked for a simple shrimp Alfredo and they tried to give me with jalapeños, then I asked for light ice in my Sierra Mist and I’m going to have to say they didn’t give me light ice I took 5 sips and it was done. The waitress name is Cassie, she doesn’t know how to listen apparently. Very disappointed. And to top it off I had been seated where there is a leaky pipe like, what the hell man.

I’ve never written any kind of review before in my 35 years.. But me and my family stopped here on our way home from Fitchburg, We got a few small pizzas, pasta and nachos. I ate pizza my wife had a few bites of nachos which she didn’t like at all and my kids ate their own little pizzas and one had pasta. We got home and a few hours later we were all throwing up. I mean multiple times and violently. I dont think I’ve ever been so sick in my life. I hate to put other people down but I’d rather starve then go back there to eat. I should’ve realized when we pulled up at 2pm and there were only 2 cars (probably the employees) in the parking lot.

On 3/28/23- unos posted a kids eat free (with the purchase of an adult meal) and face painting. My three year old and I met our friends for dinner… and our experience was terrible. We ordered two of the same kids meals, chix parm & a pizza. Only one kids meal came out, and the pizza was not made to order. We waited 45 minutes for the other kids meal and a side of broccoli. And the pizza was made incorrect for the second time. Our bill had to be corrected, twice and there was NO face painting & no update that there wouldn’t be. Our server did not have the training she needed & thank god my friend brought graham crackers!

Front door host was really rude and loud, Didn’t explain Cupon properly plus coupon was false advertising. large pizza $10.00 coupon. He wanted me to pay $10.00 something about Massachusetts tax. If the coupon stated that the pizza cost $29.00 but with coupon you only pay $10.00 Then i would understand. He was not welcoming it was like he was annoyed that we showed up and just wanted us to leave. will not recommend or return.

Food was good, service was lackluster. Server visited our table to take our order and check on us after another server dropped our food with only two tables in her section. We spent the last half of the meal with empty drinks. When asking for the bill she still didn’t notice our empty drinks. Do better.
