I have to admit I eat pizza hut a lot and I like Pizza Hut in general but my experience at this store was sub par. Of all the hundreds of times I’ve ordered pizza this store was the first ever that I made an order online and 20 minutes later they called to let me know they were out of stuffed crust that I’d have to get another crust. That alone was very disappointing. Then the pizza took 40 minutes to be ready to pick up. They didn’t offer any discount for this and I had to ask for the difference to be deducted for the extra I paid for the stuffed crust. I would’ve rated this worse but the employee working seemed like he was the only person there and obviously doing his best. The pizza still tasted good, it just took forever and didn’t have the stuffed crust I’d eat somewhere else the next time I’m in town.

Edit* Got delivery again and it was great, but the driver informed me the $6 delivery charge dosnt get paid to them!!! This made me very angry as these drivers weren’t getting the $6 unpaid as a “delivery fee” Now i know to tip more!

I had ordered a pizza for a specific time well in as advance and the pizza was 20+ minutes late. We areonly 10 minutes from the restaurant. While I understand every place is struggling to keep employees, I thought ordering ahead for a specific time would guarantee a more timely delivery. Pizza was warm but not hot. Overall the food was good and I would order again.

The pizza and breadsticks were cold and had been tossed around. I have ordered many times and this was the first time this has happened. My app said delivery would be at approximately 8:09 PM and my order did not arrive until 8:45 which is probably why it was no longer hot. We heated it up in the microwave and still enjoyed it.

I ordered online so there was no interaction with employees. The deliverer was on time and made a no contact delivery. The only issue i had was with the online payment. It took multiple tries for the payment to go through. Error payment didn’t go through. put in card info, even though they already had my card info. Anyway i refilled my info 3 times and it still didn’t go through. I had to end up deleting my card and resubmitting everything

Ordered 2 different recipes tonight both thin crust and both were HORRIBLE. Not sure what you have changed in the last few months but I do know that those I ordered tonight will never be ordered again. You know they were bad when teenagers commented about them and then went and made themselves grilled cheese sandwiches and the pizza still sits here.

This location went to the crapper last few orders were not acceptable at all refunds were lost ! , but I just spoke with a new manager named Kyle who was really great he helped me out on my my prior refund that he couldn’t even find in the system we need people like him to take over and have full control he knows what hes doing great guy and manager I give it 4 stars because of him if he wasn’t the new manager I’d give this location -10
