Don’t let the “Factory” part fool you. This is a real Mexican food place. We love this place! The salsa and chips were warm and delicious. Great start! The beef fajita tacos were really good con la cebollita. Everyone here has always been very nice and attentive. We will definitely continue coming back. I’m glad Princeton has a place like this.

I’ve tried a couple of things from their menu. Some I was very disappointed. Sopes are very small and expensive. Chilaquiles are very dry and they give you a small portion. They advertise their burrito as a “monster burrito” but it’s so small. When you order pozole to go they rip you off. They hardly give you meat and hominy, it’s more caldo (soup) for 13 bucks that’s ridiculous, and the toppings they give you to add is more for menudo. They don’t give you onions, repollo, nor rabanos , nor tostadas. Tortas are pretty good but the fries aren’t.

Food was horrible. Sopapillas were so overcooked I couldn’t even eat them. Waste of 8 bucks. Guac was 8 dollars for 3 tbsp and the birria taco was flavorless. Waste of money and won’t be going back. For how much they charge you think it would be better
