I think that the food is good especially for the price. I like the deep dish pizza the best, but I have liked everything that I’ve ate there. I also like how you usually get your food fast. Usually you don’t have to wait unless you want something special that they have to make right then, but if you order the hot and ready, you get it right away.

Ordered online at 730pm, today, and didn’t get my order until 830pm. I literally sat in the parking lot for over thirty minutes for 1 order of the Italian Cheesy Bread, and 2 ranch cups. 2 cars in line and multiple employees out front, smoking. The food is great, but the time it takes for online orders is ridiculous. The drive thru was not busy, during the thirty minutes I was parked, waiting. Don’t offer to track orders if you’re not updating the status. ✌

I am very happy for the service I received with this business. I called in my order the morning of the day I needed them, they provided exact price for purchase and made all changes I requested only down fall was they incorrectly labeled my name on my purchase even after I confirmed spelling and everything, but they quickly resolved the issue after I called them back and told them my order.

I would rate 0 for the food because I didn’t get to eat. Was 3rd person in line and just wanted a hot and ready pizza. First person checked out and sat down to wait for their order. Second person had an order for 20 pizzas and three bread sticks but the store couldn’t find their order. They debated whether she was at the right store and she left to call someone. about then two door dash drivers came in one was returning 8 pizzas because the customer wanted them at 3:00 and the store sent them at 11:45. Store put them in the warmer to send back in a few hours. Other door dash driver was waiting on his order. Staff kept running back and forth to the drive through window while I stood at the register waiting to order. They looked at me at least 10 times and never even said hello. After about 15 -20 more minutes I left. the first customer was still waiting for their order and the second door dash driver told me it was just the same yesterday.

Well, I gave this location a second chance. Both times my crazy bread was old and hard. No butter or parmesan cheese on them just hard bread sticks. I thought the first time, maybe it was a mistake, but nope I go again. The person waiting on me gave me my order balled up without a bag. Usually, I try to give places the benefit of the doubt you know maybe it’s just an off day, but no this seems to be an occurrence. I have never had horrible service or products from any other little Caesars location except for this one.

Pizza & service is inconsistent. You have to wait for ever to get someone to come to speaker to take your order. This location always has signs written on paper saying what they aren’t or are doing. Per usual today…just hot n ready pizza nothing else being offered. I don’t know last time this location provided customer whole menu or wings to order from.
