This has to be the worst McDonald’s a human could ever go too . When my son and I walked in there were only 4 people inside dining area . They were waiting to be helped. As time went on several people came in behind us. And nobody was getting their food . 15-20 minutes goes by with no food served and to top it off the poor people coming in and at the register were not even being acknowledged. So sad that this is what food service has come to. Every table was dirty the 2 ladies and 2 children ahead of me had to clean their own table REALLY. BAD BAD BAD the women ahead of me asked for the manager 7 times . Yes I said 7 when she asked for the managers name the girl said she didn’t know it COME ON REALLY finally after 20 minutes the girl said him name was JOHN how generic can you get . Also there Alabama state food establishment score was not posted anywhere where a customer could see it . Shame on you for providing the worst customer service ever.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Mobile! Constantly messing up orders. Went through the drive thru and was told one item I ordered on the app wasn’t available. I had to replace it with something less than half the value of what I payed for. I didn’t receive any straws for my drinks and then get home and realize I’m missing a sandwich. I will not be back to this location!

Ordering ahead through the app does not save you time. You can sit curbside and watch the drive thru customers go first. Waited close to 10 minutes for a simple meal. Go here only if you have time to kill!

My daughter and I went through the drive-through the lady who took our order was real impatient and pressuring! Waited several minutes for our food we were told we were waiting on the French fries. When we got our food the salt on the fries was literally just poured on there. I had a towel in my truck and I poured some fries out on the towel you can see all of the salt greens it was disgusting!!
