Completed a pickup order. Got it home and the Food was tolerable. Ordered garlic cheese bread and the cheese was barely melted, bread not remotely toasted. Got 2 small meatballs in a huge container. Pizza order was wrong and barely baked. Definitely will not order again. Stopped getting food from grrr for the same reason a long time ago. They haven’t changed.

We order from this location all the time and normally food is worth the prices which are a bit higher than average. Last night however, I ordered an antipasta salad expecting what I usually get. I think they cut some corners to save money unfortunately at the expense of my order. Their salad lists ham, pepperoni , salami and provolone on the salad. My salad had only ham and it was very noticeable and quite a disappointment from what I normally get. You can’t charge the same amount, skimp on the food and expect people not to notice. I would rather pay more and get what I ordered than have the restaurant skimp and leave things off that are clearly on the menu. And if you are out of ingredients, let your customer know and either charge less or tell them to choose something different. This came across as simply cheating the customer. Do better I love NY Pizza on Birmingham hwy. Very disappointed.

I’m originally from Bronx, NY. I’d like to say that I know good pizza when I have it and I Love NY pizza is fantastic pizza. It brings all the good memories of living in NY back to me. I currently live about 8.5 miles from this pizzeria and when I’m in the mood for really good quality pizza, this is where I’ll go. It doesn’t matter to me the drive because the pizza is so good, it’s worth the drive.

I needed a quick lunch, so being in such a great area, Milton, I expected a great experience. I was greeted politely and offered recommendations for the lunch special. When I went to sit down I noticed all the tables were dirty and also the seat. It was after 2 p.m. so it wasn’t busy at all. Only 3 other people were there. The floor was also dirty and I just felt disappointed. I did enjoy my food, a gyro with lamb, garlic knots which were delicious, and fries.
