Ordered 2 unsweet tea, got 2 sweet tea. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got some sweet chicken sandwich. It’s not worth wasting my time and gas money to drive back and have them fix it and they wouldn’t reverse the charge over the phone. Seems like a company should be prepared to fix blunders in a way that minimizes customer burden rather than increase it. I guess you pay for McDonald’s and this is what you can expect.

7/16/2023-was there about 20 minutes. Very nasty upkeep. burgers on the floor in food prep area and burger wraps, nasty ice cream machine, employee bumped the fork container and put the nasty forks back to the public from the floor. Arguing employees, no ketsup for customers, no table clean ups. bad attitudes all around that afternoon. any one of the four employees we saw there that day could have taken a minute to clean or at least maintain as they go. there was a point where there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and only 2 in the lobby eatting. They only number given was for that store, I feel that they already knew they had an issue and no one stepped up to clean.

It’s REALLY slow that day. Was going to use drive-thru, but it was back up. Went inside, and everyone was running around trying to figure out what to do. I used the keyosk, but it wasn’t giving me any feedback . I’m not sure if my order was in or not. Or if I had ordered twict. I finally got my order, and fries were under done.

Very slow. Seems like only pre-teens work here. Ordered ahead on app and went to drive thru. I waited in drive thru for 10 minutes then was told they forgot to make it cause of confusion on other orders. I left without food and was told to contact McDonald’s corporate for refund. I contacted corporate and was sent a huge form to fill in with the store info. Still haven’t had a refund so that sucks.

Most of the staffers so rude. I’m not sure if it’s because they don’t like black people or what but every time I’ve gone here, I have had nothing but bad experiences. My order is never right.. this is just a bad place altogether.. bad bad bad!

Convenient location, but during busy time it’s extremely slow service. Plus their lobby isn’t open. Make sure you take your time and check your food prior to leaving. If it’s wrong, they make you go back and wait in the drive thru line. It’s also very difficult to get through to them on the phone if something’s wrong with your order.
