Employees forgot to put food in the bag and we had to drive back and pick it up. They would not reimburse us or even give us store credit. This is horrible service. Having a 3.9 star rating is generous.

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I came here after work to grab a bite to eat and we have never felt so discriminated against. We had ordered 2 orders of crab Rangoon and chicken egg roll and we didn’t see the egg roll in the bag and so we asked if we could get it as we paid for it. And this lady responded with “I’m pretty sure it’s in the bag I know I put it there” and I told my boyfriend I checked it’s not and Mind you we are dining in.. anyway this lady loudly responds “well wait cus I gotta check the camera” in front of everyone to hear like we are some kind of criminals. I have never experienced such horrible service and discrimination. Had I showed up in my scrubs with my RN badge, I would have been treated with more respect but that shouldn’t matter regardless. Panda Express should really teach their employees to treat their customers with dignity and respect no matter how they look or what race they are. That was just unacceptable and should be reprimanded.

The BEST Panda Express. Portions are generous. The staff is upbeat and welcoming. I’ll keep coming back for the hot fresh meals especially that orange chicken. OMG the orange chicken is so good every time.

Food seemed a little off but I had watched them box it up and it looked fresh from what I could tell. Ate the food and not long after I was getting nauseous, I ran to the bathroom and puked everything up. Had the chills and fever the rest of the night. It’s now the next day and my stomach is still not back to normal.
