First time eating there, and I would not go again. The food wasn’t that good the whole place was hot and the staff, wasn’t friendly. the only good thing they had was milkshake.

The workers are rude and running this place into the ground. Total lack of empathy. They never seem like they want to be there at all! Kudos to the kitchen because the food is great but the managers and front staff are always giving off terrible vibes. I’m done with this place, and more people need to do the same until they get better employees who actually care about their job and how they treat people!

Burger was about a 2 overall but the fries are absolutely atrocious. Horrible. They are barely cooked and super soft/flimsy. Imagine the flimsiest fry from McDonalds and times it by 3. Awful! Never again.

Why is the dining room always closed??? Drive-thru is the only thing open and you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get online to get your food at the drive-thru Griff’s has really went downhill

This place is always packed. My boys love the burgers…they are both LA TECH students. Burgers are great and I love they have tater tots! And even when it’s packed it’s still pretty quick even in the drive thru
