I normally have good experiences at JJ’s. I work 4 minutes down the road on Formosa and when I got back to work and went to put salt and pepper on the sandwich, the lettuce had so many brown spots…. the sandwich was not even 15 minutes old at this point so the person making the sandwich had to have known he was putting old/bad lettuce on the sandwich. This was my first experience at this location.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take the order or at least acknowledge my presence. Someone came over to the cash register long enough to grab a glove and walked away so I left. This wasn’t even a busy time of day. There was only one car in line with three people working.
