I received a salad the corner of the packaging was not sealed and the salad inside is brown and slimy. I called they said they could give me a credit for a new salad which I would never want after seeing this. I told them I would like a refund and they were talking in the background and said OK I’ll have my manager do it when I come in and hung up on me. Some customer service.

They really need to work on the accuracy of their delivery times. For the last order I made online, it said the delivery time was 40 – 50 minutes which was a reasonable wait time. I ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours. If it was just me, no big deal, but I ended up making something at home for my kids so I could bring them to bed on time.

The 3 pizzas we ordered by phone by speaking directly to a person never arrived after 1.5 hrs. When we called the store, we were told they never received the order, that the order was taken by a “call center”, and to check with them and the other store in the area. After checking with both of these, it seems that nobody knew anything about the order, and the call center said they keep no records of calls or orders. Unbelievable. Not one of the three people spoken with expressed any concern. This was for a family event and extremely disappointing. Negligent and terrible business practice and customer service. Domino’s will never get our orders again.

(This past week dominos had 50% off pizzas; hence recent reviews about very late deliveries, they’re getting slammed with orders) I ordered today and yes delivery did take awhile so I went to grab it instead. But I applaud the workers for working through this crazy week! Pizza was hot, worker who spoke to me still had a sweet amiable demeanor even though it’s hectic. (my 1st job was dominos and specials like this and Super Bowl Sunday we get A LOT of orders. They’re only human and whipping them out as fast as they can.) Thanks for dinner! I’ll make sure to remember not to order when crazy deals are going on!!!!

Over two hours waiting for an online order, then 45 minutes of that on hold but no answer (because I couldn’t cancel online). Had to drive to the store then waited about 15 minutes just to get a receipt that it had been canceled. The phone ringing nearly the whole time I was in there with four people standing around.

What an absolute joke of a “business”. After receiving my food that left their store at 2:02pm that didn’t arrive until 2:40pm needless to say was cold. This was after me calling the store and speaking to the incompetent manager that could only tell me her driver was on the way. Well once the food finally arrived, not only was it cold but the order was wrong! I called the store back.. the manager gave me a sneering remarks stating she’d just refund my money and have a good day. I said no I don’t want the money, I want the food that I ordered. Thanks Maci but your managerial skills are garbage. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

We ordered our food at 5:05 pm to be delivered at 7:15 pm. When we called at 7:30 to find out where our order was, we were told about another 30 minutes at least. So we went to pick it up and they were rude because I wanted some of my money back.why would I pay for delivery when I had to come get it. And it was cold.

Always had good service here, when it’s been busy they’re at least apologetic for the long wait. Tonight only had 2 making pizzas. On a holiday weekend I would say they did pretty good.
