The entire staff working this evening should be fired manager included. Placed an order thru app for food. Said pick up will be ready at 540. Got to store at 550 waited til 615 to finally get my food and as I walked out had to walk right back in cause they forgot a complete plate on my order. Asked for a refund and was told cause I ordered online they couldn’t do anything. I’m sorry if u have 10 plus staff working the same kitchen and your over an hour behind on orders the entire staff manager included should be fired there is absolutely no excuse for that at a fast food restaurant I will never go back

Horrible! I pulled to the drive-thru and the worker was rude. She gave an attitude when I asked if I could get a water with my order. When pulling up to get my food, she gave me a nasty look and through the water bottle at me. I did nothing wrong but be nice. Last thing thing I remembered was the worker had glasses. I think her name Alexis or Alexa.

You cannot get in an order at the drive thru without them saying “anything else” as soon as you order each item. Happens every time I go. I get they’re trying to get people through quickly but let them tell you what they want without interrupting every time they take a breath!

This particular location is the only Panda Express where i consistently run into issues, especially when using the drive-thru. On one occasion, I ordered simply orange chicken and white rice. When I got home and opened the container, there was no chicken. Just white rice. Recently, I ordered beef and broccoli… when I opened the box, only broccoli, and maybe two small pieces of beef. I love Panda Express, but I hate this one location.
