Why o why have I not stopped here in the past! This place is absolutely perfect. Food was cooked fresh, and the shrimp was huge. The fries had a seasonings I couldn’t put my finger on, but overall, it was delicious! Stop in, and you won’t be disappointed!

The Buffalo wings were enormous! Tasty and hot. The fries were a little skimpy but tasted good. The green salad was kind of plain but also a good portion size. Used their website to order online and it worked very well. My order was ready by the time I drove over there. The place is tucked in the middle between the Wild Fire Casino and the convenience store part so it’s kind of hard to see from the road. The server was friendly. 2022 – chicken wings have gotten really expensive and the price here is a great value, especially considering the wings themselves are Huge.

I ordered the 3 piece whole catfish that came with 2 sides. The fish were a great size, the fried okra were in plenty and the red beans were a satisfying size. I kept getting full after eating a piece of fish, closed the plate and came back later 2 separate times. You definitely get your money’s worth. Only regret was not getting the grilled fish because the fried was a little too hard for my liking.

After living in NOLA a third of my life, I had high expectations as we drove across Louisiana. Pics included. Our skrimps and oyster po boy literally had 2 oysters on one half, 3 shrimp on the other, and the equivalent of a medium fries. The skrimps and fish plate had 3 nice sized fillets, a few hush puppies but was short on skrimps and no fries but came with a very small side of red beans. I know everyone likes things different but I found them bland. (Popeyes has better rb&r.) I wanted to love it but was disappointed.

Good home cooking on a lunch buffet. This place was really good, very homie and comfortable. Not to mention the people are very friendly and service was great. Food was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good home cooking and friendly service.

The service was excellent. Catfish was good but the grilled shrimp was even better. Some of the best grilled shrimp I’ve ever had. The stuffed shrimp on the other hand was what took it from 5 stars to 4 stars.

I don’t know if every location is the same, my first time eat at this chain. But I am hooked!! Very good! Friendly staff! Generous portions thought the price was a little high at first but when we got our food it was worth every penny! Bomb! Even the sides where great! very fresh and cooked perfect! Man I will have a hard time passing up a Sam’s when ever im in the south!
