Wonderful hidden gem in Orem! I was craving a protein smoothie after leaving the gym and figured I would give Omen Vida & Salud a try only being 2 minutes down the street. I had the Banana Blueberry Protein Smoothie and it was out of this world! Didn’t have a chalky taste as some proteins smoothies do. The establishment was extremely clean and the couple running the establishment were extremely welcoming and kind. I feel like the price were fair and I really liked how they displayed the nutritional information. 100% would recommend and will be returning here again!

My husband and I came here together after a doctors appointment. I had to fast that morning, so I wanted something filling and high in protein. This place popped up on my google maps and we decided to go based on their reviews and pictures. Our experience was lovely! The owners are so kind and fun to talk to. They gave us some energy shots because it was our first time in, and they were super good! Our drinks were delicious as well. My husband got the blueberry banana one and I got cookies and cream. It was super filling and tasted good! It’s taste kind of reminded me of Huel drinks, which I like. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing little family run business hidden right in the middle of Orem on State Street. I had a pumpkin cookie plant based shake this morning & it was absolutely perfect. So when we went back out during the day we stopped in for refreshers. Incredible service. We will definitely come back to support.

Cutest little couple, I had seen them on instagram and was in the area with a friend and decided to come and try. Loved that they had all the macros with each item posted. Got the cookies and cream protein shake, normal flavor for protein of good but also not crazy sweet. Good, but I’ll probably do a fruity one next time!

We stopped by randomly on our way home from a hike and were craving smoothies. Lorena and her husband treated us so warmly that I’d return just for them. But the protein bowl, smoothie and drink that we had were also delicious. 5 stars. Would recommend.

This place has good potential. The owners are so kind, and they have a huge emphasis on health. I wasn’t the biggest fan of their Cake Batter shake, just an odd texture. But will likely return to try other items!

This place is my go-to for clean, delicious, fast protein! They have vegan and plant based options, and the owners could not be sweeter or more personable. They treat you like family and are so attuned and humble, every shake they make is done with such care and love. The mango tango is my personal favorite- and at 131 calories with 2 net carbs, it’s banging protein! I bring all my out of town friends here and they love it!

this little cafe is really a hidden gem. Most things on the menu have protein and the waffles are so delicious. There’s even protein in the lattes! Its nice and clean and most of the time quiet and a bit empty, so I love relaxing or bringing my laptop here. Highly recommend. The drinks and food is always beautiful, perfect for a picture.
