Ordered through the app, only ordered a large fry. After ordering, I ordered through the McDonald’s app, drove to McDonald’s, picked up my order, then drove to Wingstop – and they hadn’t even dropped my fries in the fryer yet.

Our first time eating here, not a good first impression. We waited close to forty min to get our food. There was no swearing in the lobby, so we sat outside in the heat. The wings were warm not hot, ones set of wings were even cool. Will try once more, as they were short staffed… maybe it’ll be better next time.

I love wingstop and because it just opened in this area it is a very busy but worth it stop . For those that have no patience please do not come here and give the hard working employees a rough time , they are all trying hard and the new employees still in training are doing an awesome job ! Employees were very respectful and I would happily wait for good food and polite employees. As I sat and waited for my food I saw several customers be passive aggressive and rude to the employees and the employees kept their cool each time . If there was an error with the order you communicate like adults not give a bad review , I saw them happily and professionally fix an order. Excited for more food in the future. Keep up the hard work Wingstop, thank you again.

Was extremely excited to see the new wing stop. We’ll it’s new and seems that they are not trained on how to run a store or fry wings. Two customers in the store a bunch of employees and a 18 to 20 minute wait for wings!!!!!????? Hello at 1230 in the afternoon YOU ARE NOT BUSY! I suggest the owner and manager train your employees on how to fry wings. With 4 fryers gee not that hard. Bummer will not be going back.

RAW CHICKEN!!!! I went in on June 2nd for lunch. We ordered the boneless chicken wings. When we got the wings my mom took a bite of one and It was visibly Raw. So I took one of my wings and ripped it open to find it was also raw. I went to tell the manager to only be told “I will not look at your food if you want a refund just tell me”. My mom who works in a kitchen happened to have a meat thermometer in her purse and the chicken was temping at 140 Degrees. The manager still wouldn’t look at the chicken and said that it cooled from the fryer to the table. She was very rude and could care less about the fact that she is serving food that could make people very sick. I am pregnant and I am glad I saw the chicken was raw before I ate any! This should be unacceptable and taken more seriously!

Wait time was around 18 minutes, which was fine with me since I came in when they were a little busier. They gave me a substantial amount of fries. The food is good. They forgot to give me a cup for my drink, but quickly fixed it when I brought it up. Good music playing. Overall, I enjoyed my first time at WingStop. 🙂

Normally, wingstop is a go to for doordashing and late night food runs. However, I placed an order earlier and the service was horrible. They normally include utensils, we ordered chicken, fries & soda combos but they didn’t include any forks or straws. Then they gave us tiny little nuggets for chicken. Not full sized wings or medium sized chicken, little tiny nuggets that were barely a knuckle in length and width. We spent $42. That is ridiculous.

Experience with main staff was good. However, the manager on shift was very rude. Not to me but to the other employees. Specifically one who politely requested her help on the register as it was not working properly. Front staff apologized to me several times for the issue with the register and for management’s rudeness and I just felt bad for the staff member who felt the need to apologize. Management should learn to treat the staff below them with kindness and grace, especially when it was over an issue that required management’s fingerprints on the POS system to move forward. This was no fault of the staff. I know this location just opened and may be under some stress but she was VERY rude, they weren’t busy at all (me and one other person in the store preparing one two tickets) and I felt for the staff. Staff also went to clean tables and management was so rude about him getting a new clean bucket to use and snatched the bucket from the staff member and went for another one. No explanation as to why the new clean bucket was unacceptable. Management just seemed very belittling to those working under her and it was a shame to see.

The food is delicious when you get it. We have been several times and every single time, there is something wrong with it. Usually it’s missing items. If you go, make sure you open everything up and make sure they got the order right.
