I’ve been trying to search high and low for the best tacos in town. Texas had some great variety of Mexican food, and I have yet to find a place here in NM that can top it. Then I found this place, service was great, it was fresh. I haven’t had tacos this good in a long time! Highly recommend. Birra is the way to go.

This was the best meal we’d had in weeks. In order of deliciousness: quesabirria, Al pastor fusion bowl (which had some korean flavor elements to the sauce- yum), carnitas burrito. Mango fusionata was tasty with chunks of real mango in it. Fantastic slightly spicy sauces to top it all off. Melvin was friendly and helpful and the food came out quickly. Will come back every time we are in town!

This food truck is delicious! Santa Fe is pricey, so expect to spend a bit more on food, but it is worth it! The food portions are big too! So you’ll have tasty left overs. I ordered tacos Al pastor and my brother ordered the Torta Cubana. Service was fast and friendly. They have diet friendly foods also. 10/10 recommend coming here. Thank you Fusion Tacos for the experience.

Ordered a Vegetarian Torta and got one with Ham instead , if I didn’t swallow this Animal Flesh I wouldn’t be so upset but now I’m in for a night of terrible Stomach Pain and other Unspeakable Issues thanks to a employee who could Not take the time to do his job correctly . I take the Responsibility of trusting this establishment which me and my Huge Family will no longer do. Taking away all of our business and Anyone who will listen. I Don’t recommend Fusion Taco for Vegetarians. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had issues with them but usually it’s just a missing item from a delivery and the delivery app fixes the issue , as for today My order was picked up in person. The employee tied a knott in the bag my food was in 1st mistake I made not checking to see my order. Like I said I take some responsibility but we are supposed to trust the people who are getting paid well to prepare our food to follow the Simplest task correctly we shouldn’t give them our hard earned money if they cannot follow food safety guidelines. As of now this establishment hasn’t refunded my money and I’ll probably have to drive back to straight it out. When I called they weren’t apologetic and acted like I was inconveniencing them. Do with this truthful information as you please thanks for taking the time to read this review.

Breakfast burrito hardly contains any bacon and green Chile waffle came with no syrup on to go order. No button for queso on app for ordering stated cheese on comments still none and no dipping juice offered or given on 10 pack of tacos
