The staff was super courteous and helpful. One employee in particular went out of his way to increase the quality of my wife’s burrito by grabbing extra sauteed onions when he realized the fajita mix didn’t have enough. The team made the food quickly yet was thorough and efficient. Then the food itself was delicious. Overall a great experience!

I like the ideas, but the food just isn’t that good. Very salty and the hot salsa is sweet. We ordered a bowl, stack and burrito, so I think we had a fair portion to review. Service was good and the prices were fair. Sry, but I prefer Chipotle.

The food isn’t bad but it’s now been the 3rd time I’ve ordered a homewrecker bowl priced on their board at 10.99 and getting charged 12.99 which isn’t a lot of more money but it adds up. If the prices changed that’s fine but don’t make it misleading.

This location is hit or miss with service. The portions depend on the [server’s] experience. Very skimpy on the portions. Also, the staff was unprofessional. Cleaning during our meal. They definitely could have waited for us to leave. They were also having side bar conversations that customers do not need to hear. Again, it is hit or miss at this location. We now know what to expect when certain employees are there. Which determines whether or not we need to voice our concerns and/or take our food to go.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE MOES!!! hands down favorite build your own bowl place. This was my 1st time at this location. 1st impression. Do they not see black people regularly here? I walked in and all 3 of the workers turned n looked at me not 1 greeted me NOT A SINGLE ONE. I then order my food. Both rices had hard grains in it. Showing that the workers dont stir the rice. And the proteins were the exact same way. I get to work to enjoy my meal and while eating it I had to stop to go to restroom. Thi king ehh maybe it’s just my stomach I ate some more after about 45mins. And again I had to run to bathroom. DONT EAT HERE!!! I don’t know ow rather it’s the “salsa” they prepare with mayo and leave it to get room temperature. But yea I won’t be eating here again!!! Cleveland heights had the worst moes but they closed it down. This moes is the worst moes in the greater Cleveland area

I was so disappointed this visit. I moved away and drove to get a homewrecker bowl. Normally, it is so delicious, but everything had a processed taste to it. I’m not sure if it was because of the time of day or because their corporation is cutting corners. They employees were amazing, though.

It’s just not good. Today was my first time trying it & am highly disappointed. Its overly priced & tastes terrible & the queso has a funny taste. Im usually one of those ppl who have no issues taking leftovers home but I didnt even make it half way through my bowl before throwing the entire thing away. & I NEVER throw food out but it literally made me feel sick. Ill stick to chipotle. Its wayyyy better & cheaper.

Had my first catering experience and was blown away!! I ordered online and was impressed with the different options to customize a taco bar for my team. The ordering process was so easy, they sent me a confirmation email and we were all set. Went to pick up the order and was blown away on how nicely the order had been packaged. Upon unboxing all the items, I was even more impressed with how fresh, hot and organized the items were. They even included, plates, utensils and serving utensils. As a car dealership, we do ALOT of pizza and this was our first time switching it up and we will most certainly be back. Great Value! Great Service! Great Food!

Very very inconsistent!! They will never be a Chipotle, as much as they try to mimic the idea. I went there with my family and was very unhappy on how inconsistent the service was among employees running the line. My daughter went through and a very nice African American young lady made her bowl. She was very generous, as she should be since the bowls are well over 10 dollars.
