The staff here is horrible they have no food handlers training. I as the employee there Mike was fixing my food he kept wiping his hands in his clothes and when i bought it to his attention he became dismissive, rude and disrespectful. The young lady I think her name is Angel told him not to do that and he kept on wiping his hands in his clothes and saying im not going to make your food over and started making others people food with the same gloves on that he kept wiping in his clothes purposely. Then the assiatant manger tried to defe d what the young man did as they stood there while i called the health department on the establishment. The young man Mike literally asked would i much rather have bread crumbs on my food or for him to wip his hand off in his clothes..this was his logic..I said the bread crumbs..i dont know what on your clothes and you can make me sick…I asked for a mini but because he was being lazy he decided to give me a regular size and was gonna charge for a mini using bread that had just been sitting out on the counter…smh..these establishment stay hiring people with no morals and or integrity and wonder why their businesses go belly up. It because these people dont care about your business. They use to have such a great staff of people now they have the sticky stuff at the bottom of the barrel..the young lady though has excellent problem solving and leadership skills she kept apologizing for something she did not do and i said well we are a team..I told her it looks like she is the only one on the team..because the rest of them only cared about themselves.

I visited this location Dec 7th 2022. The smell upon entering was awful. I couldn’t figure out what it was but there was an unkempt customer taking a nap at one of the tables – perhaps that was it. The smell was so bad I couldn’t eat inside. There was a serious sandwich production line that included mostly young workers, most were pleasant, some were just rude. It was fairly busy to be fair. I will not be returning to this location. There are others in the immediate area with better customer service that smell more clean.

Best Jersey Mike’s ever! We are a customer for life! My daughter had been very sick for awhile and when we mentioned one night that we were bringing her a sandwich to the hospital the young girl behind the counter wouldn’t accept any money for the sandwich. We would never even expect that especially from a young person. It seems to be the “Jersey Mike’s Way.”

Shout out to the staff and management at this Jersey Mikes. Everyone there is super nice and personable. I lost my money at the shop (won’t disclose amount) but I remember it was the last place I went too. I went back there hope a good person saw it and turned it in. I was sad and kicking myself for letting my mind get the best of me. But management really took the time to speak to me and that is all that matters.

Filthy….the slicer and everything else had all types of meat and cheese everywhere. The guy making my salad was nice but was distracted by a coworker. Look dude let him prepare my salad! You talking over my salad grossed me out!!! Spit flying everywhere!!! I threw it out! No thanks ..I’ll continue to make the drive to Clifton.

Did not clean the meat slicer as per the usual gluten-free protocol, and I definitely ended up getting sick. I also asked for mayo and the guy making my sandwich made it Mike’s way. He seemed really distracted and realized what he’d done and offered a new sandwich. I said no, so he gave me a discount. Appreciated it, but it’s so hard to find places to eat when you’re gluten-free, and Jersey Mike’s is usually better than this.

I would out zero stars if I could. The manager is rude. The workers are rude. Most unaccommodating chain I have ever experienced. Save your money and go to the one in Parsippany. I placed an order that never arrived. I called to have it checked out and the manager screamed at me that they never received my order and they don’t know what happened to my money.
